Le attività condotte dal progetto DYDAS saranno presentate il 22 ottobre alle 14,30 (ora italiana/ 16,30 ora di Dubai), dall’ing. Marcello Maranesi in occasione della conferenza internazionale basata in Dubai dal titolo “LAZIO, REGIONE DELLO SPAZIO – Da Colleferro – Space Capital 2022, le nuove sfide della Space Economy”
La conferenza si svolgerà si terrà presso l’Anfiteatro del Padiglione Italia a #Dubai e in #direttastreaming il convegno dedicato alle nuove sfide della #SpaceEconomy e al comparto #aerospaziale del Lazio.
L’ing. Marcello Maranesi con un intervento dal titolo “MAFIS and DYDAS projects to support Nature Based Solutions in the city” illustrerà come la piattaforma DYDAS HPC sia in grado di abilitare i servizi applicativi su scala continentale e globale come quelli che sta mettendo a punto un altro progetto strategico per il monitoraggio e la pianificazione territoriale sostenible, ovvero il progetto “MAFIS”, che basa i suoi servizi su dati satellitari AI ed EO e potrà fornire informazioni molto utili per la gestione degli alberi nelle città, supportando la riqualificazione urbana, migliorando la qualità della vita e aumentando la resilienza urbana.
L’opportunità di tale presentazione su scala internazionale nasce proprio dal lavoro condotto dal partner DYDAS, GMATICS, una start-up nata nel Tecnopolo di Lazio Innova il cui contributo sarà particolarmente significativo all’interno del Forum organizzato dalla Regione Lazio e ospitato dal Padiglione Italia presso Expo2020Dubai.

The DYDAS project presented at Expo 2020 in Dubai
The activities conducted by the DYDAS project will be presented on 22 October at 2.30 pm (Italian time / 4.30 pm Dubai time), by Marcello Maranesi, CEO GMATICS, on the occasion of the international conference based in Dubai entitled “LAZIO, REGIONE DELLO SPAZIO – Da Colleferro – Space Capital 2022, the new challenges of the Space Economy”
The conference will take place at the Amphitheater of the Italian Pavilion in #Dubai and in #direttastreaming the conference dedicated to the new challenges of #SpaceEconomy and the #aerospace sector of Lazio.
Marcello Maranesi, engineer with a speech entitled “MAFIS and DYDAS projects to support Nature Based Solutions in the city” will illustrate how the DYDAS HPC platform is able to enable application services on a continental and global scale such as those that another project is developing strategic for monitoring and sustainable territorial planning, or the “MAFIS” project, which bases its services on AI and EO satellite data and will be able to provide very useful information for the management of trees in cities, supporting urban regeneration, improving quality of life and increasing urban resilience.
The opportunity for this presentation on an international scale arises precisely from the work conducted by the DYDAS partner, GMATICS, a start-up born in the Lazio Innova Technopole whose contribution will be particularly significant within the Forum organized by the Lazio Region and hosted by the Italian Pavilion. at Expo2020Dubai.
